(31) 23­1192 MOTION (HUTT ­ HERNANDEZ) relative to reaffirming and readopting the Council action of December 15, 2023 regarding a donation of surplus City equipment to the City of Zacatecas. Recommendation for Council action: REAFFIRM and READOPT the prior Council action of December 15, 2023 relative to a donation of surplus City equipment to the City of Zacatecas for one Caterpillar diesel truck tractor (Council file No. 23­ 1192), License No. 1132812, Vehicle Identification Number #2NPNAD7XX3M597512, inasmuch as the City’s 90­day policy to claim the surplus equipment from the date of Council’s original approval has expired.
