Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $400 from the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 0704 (CD4 Community Services), to the Department of General Services Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 001070 (Salaries­As Needed), for services in connection with CD 4’s special observation of Hapa Day on May 17, 2024, at City Hall, including the illumination of City Hall.
