(44) Tuesday 24­0499 - May 7, 2024 - PAGE 27 CD 10 MOTION (HUTT ­ HARRIS­DAWSON) relative to funding for the repainting Hall Tom Bradley Room on August 7, 14, and 21, 2024. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE Project Restore to use historic spaces of City Hall on August 7, 14, and 21, 2024 for a special tour for the Los Angeles Conservancy, with the understanding that Project Restore will reimburse the City for any costs associated with this activity. (44) 24­0499 CD 10 MOTION (HUTT ­ HARRIS­DAWSON) relative to funding for the repainting project for Fire Station No. 68's apparatus bay in Council District (CD) 10. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $29,541 in the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281210 (CD 10 Redevelopment Projects ­ Services) to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, as follows: $26,648 to Account No. 001014 (Salaries ­ Construction) and $2,893 to Account No. 003180 (Construction Materials) in order to complete the repainting project for Fire Station No. 68's apparatus bay. 2. AUTHORIZE the Department of General Services to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
