Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the final map of Parcel Map L.A. No. 2007­5253, located at 732 East Indiana Avenue, easterly of 7th Avenue. Owner: 732 Indiana, LLC; Surveyor: Yoshiaki Miyamoto Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02 B3 (a) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
