(4) 23­0002­S125 RULES, ELECTIONS, AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT and RESOLUTION relative to including in the City’s 2023­24 Federal Legislative Program support for HR 7065 (Napolitano), the Priority for Water Supply and Conservation Act of 2024, which would elevate and improve the overall water resiliency of the Los Angeles region. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Resolution (Yaroslavsky – Raman), SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR: RESOLVE to include in the City’s 2023­24 Federal Legislative Program SUPPORT for HR 7065 (Napolitano), the Priority for Water Supply and Conservation Act of 2024, which would elevate and improve the overall water resiliency of the Los Angeles region. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the Chief Legislative Analyst. The City Administrative Officer has not completed a financial analysis of this report.
