(5) 23­0002­S126 RULES, ELECTIONS, AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT and RESOLUTION relative to including in the City’s 2023­24 Federal Legislative Program support for HR 6093 (Lucas), the Weather Act Reauthorization Act of 2023, which would help the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) to facilitate better coordination with other agencies.
