(9) 21­1328 CD 10 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (HUTT ­ SOTO­MARTINEZ) relative to amending prior Council action of June 1, 2022, Council file No. (CF) 21­1328, for the transfer of property located at 2949 Edgehill Drive in Council District 10 to the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA), to use as long­term affordable housing. Recommendation for Council action: AMEND the prior Council action of June 1, 2022 relative to the transfer of property located at 2949 Edgehill Drive to the HACLA to use as long­term affordable housing (CF 21­1328), to change Recommendation No. 3 of that action inasmuch as reverters are no longer a legally viable option, as indicated below: 3.
