NOTE and FILE the CRA/LA Bond Oversight Committee report dated April 17, 2024 relative to CRA/LA Excess Bond Proceeds Project Status Report as of April 1, 2024. 2. INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer and department representatives with incomplete CRA/LA Excess Non­Housing Bond Proceed funded projects to present to the Trade, Travel, and Tourism Committee at its August meeting on their plans to complete their projects and fully expend the CRA/LA funds before the Bond Expenditure Agreement's expiration date of January 15, 2025.
