City of Los Angeles, et al., United States District Court Case No: 2:17­CV­04382 CBM (MRWx) and United States Court of Appeal for the 9th Circuit Case Nos: 23­55328; 23­55386 . (This matter arises from an incident involving members of the Los Angeles Police Department on June 9, 2016, in Los Angeles, California.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee will consider this matter on June 12, 2024.)
