(18) 23­1448 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Zeeshan H. Khan, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, et al., United States District Court Case: CV21­03289 CAS. (This matter arises from an incident involving members of the Los Angeles Police Department that occurred on August 21, 2020.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee will consider this matter on June 12, 2024.)
