Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. HEAR PROTESTS against the proposed maintenance and operation of the annual assessment of the 2024­​25 Proposition 218 Confirmed Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District. 2. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, if protest denied and assessment confirmed, in accordance with Section 6.95​ 6 .127 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code, for the proposed maintenance and operation of the annual assessment of the 2024­​ 2 5 Proposition 218 Confirmed Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District B ​ enefiting Footing Method. 3.
