(12) 240567 HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the proposed maintenance and operation of the annual assessment of the 1996 9 7 Z Series Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District for 202425. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. HEAR PROTESTS against the proposed maintenance and operation of the annual assessment for the 199697 ZSeries Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District for 202425. 2. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, if protests denied and assessment confirmed, in accordance with Section 6.95 6 .127 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code, for the proposed maintenance and operation of the annual assessment of the 199697 ZSeries Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District for 202425.
