Recommendations for Council action: 1. DETERMINE that the issuance of a liquor license at Ryno Group LLC, KISO (DBA), located at 107 West 4th Street, will serve the Tuesday - June 18, 2024 Public Convenience - or Necessity PAGE and will not tend 12 to create a law enforcement problem.
