Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated June 7, 2024, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 3346 North Griffith Park Boulevard (Case Nos. 784878 and 783902), Assessor I.D. No. 5434­008­006, from the REAP. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the LAHD. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
