9. \nAGREEMENT WITH ENVISIO SOLUTIONS INC. FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF A\nSOFTWARE SYSTEM THAT TRACKS CITY PROJECTS AND GOALS WHILE ENHANCING\nPUBLIC TRANSPARENCY\nRecommendations:\n1. Approve the agreement with Envisio Solutions Inc. for a three­year subscription to a\nperformance management software platform for a three­year cost of $126,436, inclusive of\nimplementation and licensing;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney;\nand\n3. Find this action is not a “project“ under to the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to\nSection 15378 of the CEQA Guidelines.
