(5) 24­0725 CD 11 MOTION (PARK ­ YAROSLAVSKY) and RESOLUTION relative to issuing Revenue Bonds, in an amount not to exceed $12,000,000 to finance / refinance the acquisition, rehabilitation, improvement, renovation, furnishing, and equipping of the permanent supportive housing located at 6531 South Sepulveda Boulevard in Council District 11. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on May 9, 2024, attached to the Motion. 2.
