(18) 24­0485 CD 8 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to declaring the property located at 6700 Crenshaw Boulevard a public nuisance as the result of the presence of large amounts of trash. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Resolution (Harris­ Dawson – McOsker): RESOLVE, pursuant to Section 7.35.2(c) of the Los Angeles Administrative Code (LAAC), to: a. Declare the property located at 6700 Crenshaw Boulevard (APN 4006025032) a Public Nuisance as the result of the presence of large amounts of trash. b. Direct the Board of Public Works (BPW) to expedite the issuances of appropriate notices and documentation that may be necessary to effectuate the abatement of the nuisance at 6700 Crenshaw Boulevard. c. Direct the BPW, or its designees, to proceed with the abatement process, as may be necessary, and, pursuant to Section 7.35.3 of the LAAC, invoice the property owner for all and any abatement costs incurred by the City. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
