Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the extension of the term of City of Los Angeles Contract No. C­139386 with AWOKE dba THE GR818ERS for costs associated with youth programming, community events, and outreach at Sheldon Skate Park in Council District 6, to June 30, 2025, and to authorize and instruct the City Clerk to prepare, process and execute any documents necessary to effectuate this extension.
