Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AUTHORIZE the Controller to: a. Transfer appropriations within Fund 339/70, as detailed in Recommendation No. 4a in the November 16, 2023 City Administrative Officer (CAO) report, attached to the Council file. b. Transfer appropriations from Fund No. 339/70, account number to be determined, to Fund No. 100/70, account numbers and amounts as detailed in Recommendation No. 4b in the November 16, 2023 CAO report, attached to the Council file. c. Transfer appropriations within Fund No. 339/70, as detailed in Recommendation No. 4 of the June 4, 2024 CAO report, attached to the Council file.
