(69) 21­1198­S1 NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT COMMITTEE REPORT and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to amending Section 22.1301 of Article 2, Chapter 33, Division 22 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code (LAAC) to expand the duties of the Youth Development Department (YDD).
