(23) 24­0900­S26 CD 11 HEAR PROTESTS against the proposed improvement and maintenance of the Aviation Boulevard and Arbor Vitae Street No. 1 Street Lighting District, in accordance with Sections 6.95­6.127 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code and Proposition 218.​ (Pursuant to Council adoption of Ordinance of Intention on May 7, 2024.
