Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the final map of Tract No. 73755, located at 812 Chestnut Avenue, easterly of Hough Street, and accompanying Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Contract with security documents. (Bond No. C­145804) Owner: Shu Liu; Surveyor: Jack Lee Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final tract map pursuant to Section 19.02(A) (2) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
