(7) 24­0763 CD 4 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION and COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ENGINEER relative to an offer to dedicate sanitary sewer and storm drain easement on Amina Place east of Andasol Avenue. Recommendations for Council action: 1. FIND that the dedication is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) of 1970, pursuant to Article lll, Class 5(19) of the City of Los Angeles Guidelines. Tuesday 2. ACCEPT-the Julypetitioner’s 30, 2024 -offer to dedicate the easement PAGEfor 9 sanitary sewer and storm drain purposes lying on Amina Place east of ENGINEER relative to an offer to dedicate sanitary sewer and storm drain easement on Amina Place east of Andasol Avenue. Recommendations for Council action: 1. FIND that the dedication is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) of 1970, pursuant to Article lll, Class 5(19) of the City of Los Angeles Guidelines. 2. ACCEPT the petitioner’s offer to dedicate the easement for sanitary sewer and storm drain purposes lying on Amina Place east of Andasol Avenue, substantially as shown on the attached Exhibit “B”, be accepted. 3. AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works to acquire the dedication. 4. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to forward a copy of the Council action on this project to the Real Estate Division of the Bureau of Engineering for processing. Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that a fee of $3,416.51 was paid for processing this report pursuant to Sections 7.3 and 7.41.1 of the Adminisrtative Code. No additional City Funds are needed.
