(1) 24­0589 BUDGET, FINANCE AND INNOVATION COMMITTEE REPORT relative to delinquent accounts receivables submitted by the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) and the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD). Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the Collections Board of Review’s (CBR) recommendations for the: a. LADOT to remove from its active account receivables, 36,867 uncollectible ticket citations totaling $3,502,645.94. b. LAHD to remove from its active account receivables, 12 uncollectible invoices totaling $91,767.40. Fiscal Impact Statement: The CBR reports that the proposed action will decrease the City’s receivable base by $3,594,413.37.
