TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $60,000 from the Council District 5 Special Project Deposits Account (RSC 574202) of the Public Tuesday Works Trust Fund6,No. - August 834- (PWTF) to the Bureau PAGE 2024 21Services, of Street Urban Forestry Division (Fund 100/86, Account 001090) to provide CD 5 MOTION (YAROSLAVSKY ­ SOTO­MARTINEZ) relative to funding to provide additional tree trimming and maintenance services in Council District 5. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $60,000 from the Council District 5 Special Project Deposits Account (RSC 574202) of the Public Works Trust Fund No. 834 (PWTF) to the Bureau of Street Services, Urban Forestry Division (Fund 100/86, Account 001090) to provide additional tree trimming and maintenance services for Fiscal Year 2024­2025. 2. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Street Services to prepare Controller instructions for any technical adjustments, subject to approval of the City Administrative Officer; and, that the Controller be authorized to implement the instructions.
