(33) 24­0518 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Joshua Fruhman, et al. v. Tenelius Joel Hooper, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC) Case No. 21STCV25133 (Related LASC Case No. 22STCV35092). (This matter arises from a vehicle versus pedestrian accident which occurred on May 6, 2021, at the intersection of West Sunset Boulevard and North Crescent Heights Boulevard, in Los Angeles, California.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter on June 12, 2024.)
