(34) 24­0616 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Kia Auguillard v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV05417. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident that occurred on November 17, 2020, at Jim Gilliam Park, located at 4000 South La Brea Avenue.)
