(46) 24­0930 CD 7 MOTION (RODRIGUEZ ­ LEE) relative to funding for tree care and the removal of dead trees in Council District (CD) 7. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $150,000 in the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281207 (CD 7 Redevelopment Projects ­ Services), to the Bureau of Street Services (BSS), Urban Forestry Division Fund No. 100/86, Account No. 001090 (Salaries ­ Overtime), for tree care and the removal of dead trees in CD 7. 2. AUTHORIZE the BSS to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
