(56) 24­0723­S1 CD 11 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (PARK ­ LEE) relative to issuing a revocable permit to Lulu's Place Inc., to close, fence, occupy, demolish, excavate and construct in the public right­of­way of the remnant portion of 92nd Street between Cum Laude Avenue and Falmouth Avenue prior to completion of a street vacation request. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering to issue a revocable permit to Lulu's Place Inc., subject to satisfaction of the conditions for issuing such permit, to close, fence, occupy, demolish, excavate and construct in the public right­of­way of the remnant portion of 92nd Street between Cum Laude Avenue and Falmouth Avenue prior to completion of the street vacation request (VAC­E1401449) (Council file No. 24­0723) of this area.
