(8) 24­0900­S25 CD 2 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the improvement and maintenance of the Magnolia Boulevard and Corteen Place No. 2 Street Lighting District.​ Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:​ 1. DENY the protest and confirm the assessments. 2.
