(16) 24­0790 CD 12 NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the necessary actions to rescind the Proposition K 10th Cycle Competitive Grant award to The University Corporation: Abbott and Linda Brown Western Center for Adaptive Aquatic Therapy (The University Corporation), for the project located within the California State University, Northridge (CSUN) Center of Achievement located at 18111 Nordhoff Street in Council District 12. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering (BOE) to: a. Take the necessary actions to rescind the Proposition K 10th Cycle Competitive Grant award of $172,000 to The University Corporation, for the project located within the CSUN Center of Achievement located at 18111 Nordhoff Street, Northridge, California 91330. b. Notify The University Corporation of the City's action.
