(24) 24­0860 CD 15 ADMINISTRATIVE EXEMPTION and TRADE, TRAVEL AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the Foreign­Trade Zone (FTZ) Operating Agreement with Realstock PMC Corporation to operate its facility within FTZ 202, Site 70, located at 3760 West Century Boulevard, in Inglewood. Recommendations for Council action: 1. ADOPT the determination by the Board of Harbor Commissioners (BOHC) that the proposed action is administratively exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Article II Section 2(f) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines. 2. APPROVE the Port of Los Angeles (POLA) Resolution No. 24­ 10323 for Agreement No. 24­10010 between the Los Angeles Harbor Department and Realstock PMC Corporation. Fiscal Impact Statement: The BOHC reports that there is no impact to the General Fund. The City Administrative Officer reports that approval of the proposed FTZ Operating Agreement No. 24­10010 with Realstock PMC Corporation will result in the Harbor Department receiving $7,750 annually in accordance with FTZ Tariff No. 2. Approval of the Agreement is not projected to result in additional, incremental FTZ­related consulting service expenses being incurred by the Harbor Department. The recommended actions comply with the POLA’s Financial Policies. There is no impact on the City's General Fund.
