No. 5186­009­014, from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP). Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendations dated August 16, 2024, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTIONS removing the property at 455 South Lorena Street (Case Nos. 803475 and 814429), Assessor I.D. No. 5186­009­014, from the REAP. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the LAHD. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
