(38) 17­0010­S15 MOTION (RODRIGUEZ ­ LEE) relative to reaffirming Council’s findings and reinstating the reward offer for the unsolved murder of Eloise Elizarraraz. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: REAFFIRM Council’s findings for the reward offer relative to the unsolved murder of Eloise Elizarraraz (Council action of April 5, 2017, Council file No. 17­0010­S15) and REINSTATE the reward offer for an additional period of six months from the publication of the renewed offer of reward by the City Clerk; and, further, that the sum of $50,000 shall be the aggregate maximum sum of any payment or payments of a City reward in this instance.
