(23) 14­1174­S26 CD 3 MOTION (BLUMENFIELD ­ DE LEON) relative to amending the prior Council action of April 18, 2023, regarding utilizing CRA/LA Excess Non­ Housing Bond Proceeds for the Graffiti Abatement Project within the Reseda/Canoga Park Redevelopment Project Area in Council District Three (CD 3), Council file No. (CF) 14­1174­S26. Recommendation for Council action: AMEND the Council action of April 18, 2023, relative to amending the prior Council action of September 25, 2019 regarding utilizing CRA/LA Excess Non­Housing Bond Proceeds for the Graffiti Abatement Project within the Reseda/Canoga Park Redevelopment Project Area in CD 3 (CF 14­1174­S26), to authorize the Board of Public Works, Office of Community Beautification, to amend contracting documents as required with the Los Angeles Conservation Corps (Contract No. C­124637), to extend the term of the Contract to effectuate the Project no later than December 31 , 2024.
