Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the final map of Tract No. 74077, located at 1051­1057 1/2 South Corning Street, southerly of Olympic Boulevard and accompanying Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Contract with security documents. (Bond No. C­146107) Owner: Marmar Corning, LLC; Surveyor: Cesar Bregaudit Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final tract map pursuant to Section 19.02(A)(2) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
