Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the final map of Parcel Map L.A. No. 2022­7448, located at 5746 North Tampa Avenue and 19244­19246 West Hatteras Street. Owner: Arnoldo Gutierrez; Surveyor: Raymundo Lombera Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02(B)(3) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
