(42) 24­0837 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Linda Daneshrad v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22SMCV02842. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident on February 1, 2022, where the Plaintiff fell on a broken curb located at 1281 Westwood Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90025.)
