(46) 24­0841 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Elizabeth Cabrales v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 20STCV08755. (This matter arises from a vehicle versus vehicle traffic accident on May 6, 2019, at the intersection of Van Ness Avenue and 67th Street.)
