(19) 23­0986 CD 10 MOTION (HUTT ­ BLUMENFIELD) relative to amending the prior Council action of October 11, 2023, Council file No. (CF) 23­0986, regarding the acquisition and installation of pneumatic bollards near the plaza of the Vision Theater in Council District (CD) 10. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AMEND the Council action of October 11, 2023 relative to the acquisition and installation of pneumatic bollards near the plaza of the Vision Theater in CD 10 (CF 23­0986), to change Recommendation No. 1 of that action in order to authorize additional street improvement work on Degnan Boulevard, as indicated below: Transfer and appropriate from Fund No. 59V/50, Account No. 50YZAI to acquisition and installation of pneumatic bollards near the plaza of the Vision Theater in Council District (CD) 10. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AMEND the Council action of October 11, 2023 relative to the acquisition and installation of pneumatic bollards near the plaza of the Vision Theater in CD 10 (CF 23­0986), to change Recommendation No. 1 of that action in order to authorize additional street improvement work on Degnan Boulevard, as indicated below: Transfer and appropriate from Fund No. 59V/50, Account No. 50YZAI to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, as follows: $32,082 to Account No. 001014 (Salaries ­ Construction) and $270,007 to Account No. 003180 (Construction ­ Materials) for the acquisition and installation of the bollards, and other street improvements near the plaza of the Vision Theater, as further detailed in the text of the Motion (Hutt ­ Lee), attached to the Council file.
