Approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2024-73-CC with the Southeast Area Animal\nControl Authority for animal control and sheltering services, retroactively effective July 1, 2025,\nfor an amount not to exceed $1,119,707 for Fiscal Year 2025/26; and\nb. Authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
