(22) 24­0899 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Robert Morehead v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV00370. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident on January 22, 2020, on the sidewalk located in front of 2100 West 3rd Street, in Los Angeles.)
