(23) 24­0898 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Geros Ter­Aleksanyan v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV05141. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident which occurred on April 7, 2020, on the sidewalk adjacent to 4062 Verdugo Road, in Los Angeles.)
