(24) 24­0901 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Stephen Blake Teuscher v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV32560. (This matter arises from a bicycle fall incident on September 20, 2021, at 4110 Fountain Avenue, in Los Angeles.)
