(26) 24­0896 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Humberto Ramirez, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV07295. (This matter arises from a vehicle versus vehicle automobile collision on May 8, 2020, near the intersection of 106th Street and Compton Avenue.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter in Closed Session on August 28, 2024)
