(28) 24­0902 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Frank Valles v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 19STCV30604. (This matter arises from a traffic accident incident that occurred on April 13, 2018, at the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Hooper Avenue in the City of Los Angeles.)
