Chavez Avenue to 9th Streets in Downtown Los Angeles as “Biddy Mason Legacy Corridor." Recommendations for Council action, as initiated by Motion (de Leon ­ Harris­Dawson): 1. DESIGNATE Spring Street from East Cesar E. Chavez Avenue to 9th Streets in Downtown Los Angeles as “Biddy Mason Legacy Corridor.” 2. DIRECT the Los Angeles Department of Transportation to erect permanent ceremonial signage to this effect at these locations. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
