Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $1,462.00 from the City Council's portion of the Heritage Month Celebrations and Special Events line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 1100 (Hiring Hall), for services in connection with the CD 7 special observation of 'Lights on Afterschool' on October 21, 2024, at City Hall, including the illumination of City Hall.
