(47) 24­0961 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled  Liz Hernandez v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV21780. (This matter arises from a vehicle versus vehicle accident on July 12, 2021, near the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Valley Heart Drive, in Los Angeles.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter on September 11, 2024.)
