(49) 24­0960 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Nanci Christopher v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22SMCV02311. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident that occurred on December 10, 2021, at 2388 Parnell Avenue, in Los Angeles.)
